We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change! We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client who may be waiting.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without contacting us may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total before booking future appointments.

If you're running behind, please send us a quick text or give us a call. We'll always do our best to accommodate you, but arriving more than 15 minutes late may require us to shorten or reschedule your appointment so we can stay on time for the rest of our guests.
